WPBAKERY white page

HI everyone,

I do have a white page when I try to edit a page with WPBAKERY ?
I did try to uninstall and install the plugin, clear the cache... but still not working.
Every plugin is updated.
Any idea ?

Please, send me a link to your PHPINFO file and I will check if the issue lay there.

Also, please, tell me if you create your page from a scratch, or edit already created page?
Because, if the page is already created with one builder it is not possible to edit its content with any other builder.

I have taken over editing the website from a previous empoyee. I mostly edit already created pages but I do create some from scratch.

I see that your "max_input_vars" is little low.
Please, contact your hosting provider to change this value to at least 5000, and check if the issue appears after that modification.
