Gap between Menu bar and Action Bar

Hi - I'm using Header fixed so that the Action Bar becomes sticky, however there is an annoying little gap between the top of the Menu and the bottom of the Action bar which shows the image behind it - can you tell me how to remove this?

It looks like the menu is overlaying the top of the slider too.

Can you point me what gap are you talking about? Because I cannot see any.

To get rid of overlaying header over slider, you will have to add black gap at the top of the slider that will be as big as header.
