Cannot Update Betheme

We have version 20.9.7.2 and are attempting multiple times to update to 21.9.3.

Yes - we have checked the licensing, and the license is registered.

Please advise.

    I now have been able to update, by deregistering and reregistering, but a BIG problem.   I cannot edit any of the MuffinBuilder blocks on my pages?  this is for spartanj.org - an important client, need to be able to get this done!  Can someone advise?

    Nevermind, uggghhhh....it was a Yoast update problem, now solved, sorry for the bother.
