This is very urgent and will appreciate every form of assistance. 

1; My website isn't responsive on phones and tabs. Everything i create tends to blow out of proportion and not show properly on phones.

2; I flushed and changed the header of the theme but the logout page is still still carries every information and details of the pre built wesite. I can't even understand what is happening. Been on these and many more for days now and it's stressful.

I will really appreciate if i can get this out of the way ASAP. thanks
