unable to move muffin builder blocks

unable to move muffin builder blocks ... (I have already tried deactivating all plugins) what should I check? Thanks for your help

Can you tell me what versions of WordPress and Betheme do you have, please?
If they are not the newest ones, please, update them, and check if the issue still appears.

i have the wp version: 5.5.3-it,

the betheme version: 21.9.3

I can move them by simply dragging them.

Please try to edit your page in other browser, maybe one of your extensions of the browser could make that issue.

yes I changed browser (usually I work with Crome) to safari and at first check everything works
