The only option is to add a Custom Link to your login page as the Menu item in Appearance > Menus.

Do u mean that i can connect the menu item with form?

I want my customer make a register account to view woocommerce orders e.t.c.

Well, I meant that there is no option to put login/register form to the header, but you can create a menu item that will redirect you to the page with it.
