I need help to update from  from betheme Versión: 11.5 to now.

Hi,
Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

But I noticed that you have couple of HTML errors, and they can cause that your website does not look like you wish.

Please, get rid of them by checking if all HTML tags are closed and placed correctly.

The improper way of website display, can be due some third party plugins that we do not support.

Can you update it to the latest version? We do not have an access for your FTP so we cannot do the update process at all :(

Also, after updating please re-save your theme options, it should change your website to proper state.
