One page with anchor links in combination with "move up"

I have a onepager (one page = on) and use the anchor link option.

Problem is now that we are using "move up" in 2 sections and the link scrolls to the wrong position.

Is there a possibility to set an scroll offset for those links?

I am pretty sure that I saw it somewhere but I can't find it.

(Page is not ready and not available - if you need to check something I can provide you access credentials to see it in action)

Problem exists with the "Über mich" and "Aktuelles" anchor link.

Well, it works correctly - because the anchor link (#link-to-section) is set to section, not to wrap - so it will scroll to the section where the section begins.

The "Move Up" option push the wrap out of the section declared height, but it does not extend the height.

Yes I know that it works correctly but my question was if you have an idea how to set an offset for a section?

We do not have this kind of solution, but you can do a little workaround - it's not a really clean solution, but it works.

Remove the "ID" from section, and attach it for element, to the one which browser should scroll.
