Pre-Built Not uploading

Hi, I was trying to update my betheme so I could upload one of the new Pre-built websites. Once updated I tried to upload the pre-built and it would just leave me at a blank page and not upload.

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, except the ones required for the pre-built website, and check if this issue still appears.

Also, please, be sure that you made all steps corretly like in the following video tutorial.
