BeTheme Manual Update Possible? Breaks when trying new theme install

I have a clients website with BeTheme 20.0 installed..will NOT auto update and YES I have tried everything

including disabling all plugins and changing themes..wont work.

I installed a Brand New copy and left the child theme in place..and the site breaks.

I need to get this updated for security....pretty please with sugar on top tell me what I can do..

Please, try to update your Theme manually following steps from toward link in "For users that have BeTheme version 17.8.8 or lower" section.
