is it possible to establish two sidebars – only in the shop area – where I can set up widgets also on the left and right side bar:

    Sorry, but it is impossible to have two sidebars for the shop page and single products.

    It is limited and hardcoded in WooCommerce, and you will have to change its files to accomplish that, and we do not provide support with it.
