Anchor links Smooth scroll between sections

I have option one page = on and i want to use the anchor link option .

The problem is that when if make a link from one section to another missing the scroll effect

Can you help me to fix the problem in order to have smooth scroll

To achieve that, you will have to add class scroll to the item that will lead you to another section.
