sticky menu

I want to change the color of what I think is called the sticky menu. As I scroll down the page, it is the white colored menu that appears at the top . How do I change that white color?

Please tell me, if you want to change the color of the sticky menu, or the whole Header?

If you want to change the color of the whole header (it will affect the sticky one two), please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header, and change the Top Bar Left | Background. Also, please, go to Menu(in Colors) and change Active Link background.
