header height and menu is shown bad

Hello,

As you can see in the screenshot, the submenu does not look nice.

There is a huge gap under the main menu, and I cannot find where to modify it.

How can I modify this?

Please, try to modify the Height value in Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header.

Please, put the following Custom CSS Code in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS

   top: 100px!important;
}
