Problems with theme, slider revolution and responsive options
Hi, not too long ago I purchased 3 bethemes. I decided to contact you guys because I am having trouble with the theme and slider revolution responsive options and to adjust for the mobile version. I tried everything but nothing is working. The way I built my site is using one slider revolution for the header and 2 for the body but when I look in the responsive mode the slider leaves some spaces between sliders and cant seem to fix it and also for the desktop version (screenshots) I dont know anymore if it is the betheme options, the muffinbuilder or the slider revolution what is causing the problem.
Desktop version with space between sliders (above)
Mobile version with space between sliders (below)

Please, edit the page that contain these sliders, click on Section and Wrap options, and be sure that the paddings and margins are set to zero.
You can also turn on Content | Remove Padding.
Thanks
Hi,
I did as you suggested putting 0 in the padding settings of the sections and wraps but the issue still persists only for mobile version. The desktop version is fixed. What else can be causing this problem for mobile?

Sorry, but I forgot to mention to check the Colums | remove vertical margin in section options.
Thanks
Hi,
I did what you suggested in checking the "remove vertical margin" in section options and the issue still persists in mobile responsive mode.

I noticed that your sections do not have class "no-margin-v", so that means your option Colums | remove vertical margin is not checked.
Please, check if you your sections have this option selected, and be sure that you updated your page after that.
Also, if you have any caching plugins, please, turn them off because they can hold the previous options.
Thanks
Hi,
I already deactivated all caching plugins.
Yes, the option "columns remove vertical margin" are selected in all sections of the page, published since last comment (December 11) and the problem with mobile version still goes on.

Sure, I will send the user credentials to access the wordpress. Thanks.
I already sent the credential through the link you provided. I will be waiting for your response thanks.
Well, I do not see the issue anymore, did you solve it or the cache passed?
Also, I fixed that problem on the homepage, I just put one slider in another section and turned the option mentioned earlier on.
thanks
Hi,
In desktop version everything is fine but when I change to mobile view the gaps between sliders appears again. I dont know if you checked that out?
It's a part of your slider, you did not create the version for mobile.
We suggest, to check this documentation and prepare your slider to be the most mobile friendly:
The last one link is the most important here, check the "Height" value.
Thanks
Hi,
I reviewed the articles as you suggested and checked again for the height values in each device view and it worked along with setting the values of sections and columns in 0. Everything is running smooth again. Thanks for the support.
