Whole page in shortcode

Hi, i have to add a shortcode (polish micropayments addon) wich i need to use to hide some site content.

When i use it on wordpress editor, everything works fine, but when i try to write it using muffin builder it does nothing. Is there any trick that could help me with this?

I simply put [FMP] at the beginning and [/FMP] at the end of content im trying to hide, but it won't work when i try to hide some content blocks. Columns and Codes are not working. What can i do?

What im trying to say is, that my addon shortcode is just not working "inside" muffin builder.
