Vidoes no longer playing correctly

My website hjad been working fine but now the videos and their thumbnails do not show properly on this page: http://mdstyling.com/index.php/advertising/

All of the settings in the page are correct - do you know how I can fix this? Thank you

Can you tell me how did you put your videos there, please?

Did you upload them to WP Media? In what file extension?

Also, I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

Please, update it, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache and check if the issue still appers.

Hi - I have updated everything and the issue is still there.

The videos are inserted into the page using the muffin builder video block and the videos are HTML on the site - not using vimeo or youtube.

Please can you help? I don't know why they stopped working but it's already lost us a job :(

Can you tell me on what browser you have this issue, please?

Because I have tested it on Firefox, Chrome and Opera, and it works on all of them.

Please, refresh your cache, and check if this issue still exist.
