Breadcrumbs aren't working correctly

i just recognized, that the breadcrumbs aren't working correct.
On one page, everything is exactly as it should be:
On another page, there are categories missing...:
Maybe you have any suggestions?!
I would like to send you login credentials via private message, because this is an intranet. But i can't find where to send it...
