In a situation where tablets show mobile version - need to change it - but how?

Hi there - currently my site (testing here: http://gkgrisk3.wpengine.com/) is defaulting to a mobile version on my iPad and I can't seem to figure out why or how I can change it. to make sure that tablet has its own resized option.

Can this be done in theme options ? Need help!
