Cant add anymore elements to page?

I am trying to build a restaurant menu using MuffinBuilder, but I am at maybe 45 items and when I try to add more to the section, and go to update the page, it will not add any more items. Is there a maximum number of elements allowed? How can I fix this? Here is the page:

The only limit is on your server side. You are not able to save more items because max_input_vars variable on server side is limited.
