Few days ago I have purchased BE theme for my client and i want to build eCommerce website but Woocommerce does not support(#not able to add new product #not able to add product image) so please help me out

how to update theme?

I have updated theme and plugin also but facing same issue please see on it

Hi,

From version 20 you can update the theme from the dashboard of your WordPress, in the BeTheme tab. Just register the license, and you will be able to update the theme, install newest plugins and import pre-built websites with sliders. We are not including rev-sliders and plugin updates in the theme package.

Also, please, turn off all of the plugins (except basic WooCommerce), refresh your cache and check if the issue still appears.

Hello,

I was on your website and after disabling all of the plugins (I left the basic WooCommerce plugin enabled only) and it works, I added the "MuffTest" product with product image.

The source of the problem is related to the third-party plugins that you use.
