Anchor links glitching from a new tab

Hey there,

I'm wondering if you can help me, as I'm having one of those rare moments where BeTheme isn't being just about perfect!

I've set up an anchor ID for a page, as my client would like to link directly to that part of the page from a Facebook promo. The trouble is, when I paste the link into a new tab, it links down, then scrolls back to the top of the page. BUT, if I am already on that page, and then type the anchor in, it works fine. The link is:

https://www.blackwoodvillagehealth.com.au/meet-the-team/#book-brad

Are you able to shed any light here?

Can you turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the issue still appears, please?
