Removed slider
Hi, I'm using Elements (which I don't like compared to Muffin Builder) but the slider stopped working so I decided to not use it so my client won't have to pay the $30 a year fee. I've add a full size hero photo but the words [rev_slider SolCal] won't go away from the top of the page. I've deleted the Rev slider from the plug in section, cleared history, checked on Safari and Chrome and it's still there. Plus on the Home page, in the Media section I have -Select- chosen. Do you have a solution?

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co
thanks
Sure, here is the screen capture link:
And here is the website link: https://solcalconstruction.com/
I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.
Please, update it and check if the issue still appears.
Also, please, tell me where did you select to display that slider.
Thanks
Well it won't update, here is the screen shot. Yes it is licensed.
The slider is not selected. I deleted the plugin because it had an error too and I didn't want to make that purchase. Here is a screen shot
Hey,
this message from first screenshot could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard)
After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
Also, please, go to the page that has this text, click on Update button, and check if it still appears.
thanks
Thank you, this worked!
