Deregistration and registration again - help
Hi,
I had a test site www.beta.markeasy.fi. It went completely stuck and nothing worked. So I deregistered the theme and removed the whole site. I created a new testsite, www.testi.markeasy.fi and tried to register betheme again, but it does not work any more.
I deregistered the theme on the first place and it is nowhere in use now. But I did´nt realise to remove theme folder also. I can't do it any more, because the whole site does not exist any more.
So what to do? Can you give me a new purchase code or make the current work again? If this is not possible, can you return the money so I can purchase the theme again?
And just an another question. When the test site is ready, I intend to move it to the correct address by cloning. Then how does the theme work? Will the built site remain intact if I deregister the theme and clone the site and then re-enable the theme? or will all my own changes then disappear?
