Need help, want to install the theme information and look and feel

Hello peolple,

My name is Elia, and im new on this installing the wordpress and all the theme information. I just made the instalation of my theme. Im just trying to find how could i install all the theme information just how i have seen in themeforest portal but with no succes. Could you help me installing all this basic information of the theme?

PD: Im not an engineer so its like a new world to me. Thank you
