WP Bakery Page Builder not editing the pages
I inherited a BeTheme website that someone else built. I purchased new licenses for BeTheme and WP Bakery and activated both.
I can edit the back end of the pages with WP Bakery but the updates won't publish. I can't edit the Frontend of the pages.
I contacted WP Bakery and they accessed the website and responded with this message:
"The issue is because the older visual composer (now WPBakery Page Builder) was modified by the theme author by customizing the existing elements and adding the new one's. Now when you updated it, the customization made by the theme author was lost which causes the issue. You can check it with the theme author if there is any way to preserve the customization done by him with the latest version, so that such an issue can be avoided at your end."
How do I fix the issue?

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

I sent a message 4 times starting 5 days ago with login to our website . Today I finally get a response from you that someone will get back with me here in the forum ....... sometime?
WHEN?? Seriously this is the worst Support Ticket response from any software company I worked with in the last twenty years of building websites.
I sent the Support Request and information again this morning.
You must understand, that all of the contact forms did not work on the envato which is delivering dashboards to us - it was not a problem only for us, but for all of the themes, please check these topics:
As soon as the issue got resolved by the Envato, all of the emails started to work and they are redirected to our inbox.
But, about the issue, I cloned the website and I was able to update the content of the wpbakery using frontend and backend builder, check the /frontpage-mufftest/
After that, I edited the homepage of yours and it works too, I added the "Zontos" near the BUY NOW button.
Am I editing wrong page? Is it not working only on one, certain page?
Can you test it on other browser or device?
Also, your server is not crossing the minimal requirement of PHP Time Limit value, if you can, please ask your hosting provider to increase it to 180s - it's recommended value.

The true answer to the issue.
BeTheme hides Muffin Builder. I never found any instructions on how to find it.
It's just a wordpress functionality, we do not include the wordpress documentation on our support center, it's all described on the "Developer Wordpress" website.
