Can not enable navigation arrows, bullets or keyboard shortcut

Hello,

Have tried in many modules and slides but can not enable arrows, bullets or keyboard shortcuts to switch between slides. Once I select "on" for arrows then no options appear and if I click save and reload it does not save this change.

Can you tell me what version of Betheme, WP and SR do you have, please?

If you do not have the newest versions, please, update all of them, and check if the issue still appears.

Hello Could not update SR, I keep getting message "purchase code is invalid"

I do have copies of all licences I bought, but they do not get accepted. Can you please help to update?

Ok, found the cause of all problems, it was one old plugin for GDPR. After disabling it everything works as it should
