What can be there? Is it possible to have this disabled somehow?
Can it be related to ITheme Security?

It might be the issue due this ITheme Security plugin.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache and check if the issue still appears.

I found the plugin. Its Material Design for Contact Form 7 (Premium)
How could you fix this error?
Sorry, but we did never test that plugin and we are not sure how it works - also, it's not supported by us :(
In this case, you should contact the webdeveloper to investigate why it happen.
