Change the pre-built theme

Hello!

is it possible set up a preview of my website with a new pre-built theme before make it as a definitive change? I would try be theme decor for a quick renew of my website.

The pre built theme change does includes also the articles, pictures, menu, pages, ets that I actually have ?
