Cannot import pre-built templates
Hi, I purchased again the theme (I bought it and installed it a few years ago). I used the new theme to update the old one (always Betheme), I installed all the plugins, I registered with the purchase code, but I'm not allowed to import the pre-built websites. Am I missing some step? I'm even not allowed to see the explanatory video, it says it's private and I don't have access.

Is there any error message while you try to import pre-built website?
If yes, please, attach a screenshot of it.
Also, please, chcek if you made all steps like in the following video tutorial.

yes, I think the problem is immediately clear: I don't even have the Pre-Built websites on the menu (please see attached screenshot).
I think it depends by the fact that this website already had an old BeTheme installed. I bought a new license, updated WP and plugins, imported again the theme and installed all the bundled plugins, but probably I have to start from zero with a new WP installation (I'd have avided that to keep the contents).

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and check if you do not have selected option to disable pre-built websites.
If it is not checked, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the issue still appears.
