Background Image NOT visible on Homepage

I'm trying to get my background image to be visible below my content blocks.

However, when I add a new Section to my homepage and set the background color to a transparency value of .5 for the background color the background image is not visible.

I've set a background image under Theme Options/Global/General/Background Image.

I have Content set Transparent.

I've also tried removing the color values under Theme Options/Color/General/Background, but the theme does not allow this area to be left blank.

That is because the size and position of your image.

Check the following screenshot, there you will see that the image image is hided behind the image at the top.

This background image is just too short and it ends right after the first section.

Please try to use the background that will be heigher then wider.
