Subheader Image Not Showing on pages

Hello. We have uploaded a subheader image in theme options of our new staging site. But it is not showing on our website pages. Please advise. And please see screenshots of our settings attached.

    Hello,

    I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

    It is always good to have your Betheme up-to-date, so please, update it.


    Also, please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and try to use different layout style, and chek if the subheader image appears.
