Menu, some pictures, background are not displayed.
Posts do not look the same as on the old site.

Can you tell me what plugin did you use to migrate your website, please?
We recommend to use duplicator plugin because we used it many times, and it always worked without any issues.

We did not use plugins, transferred directly
That's not a proper way of transferring your website, it probably does not changed the links in your Muffin Builder and Theme Options.
Can you migrate it once more? But this time, please use a duplicator plugin mentioned by @Phil - after using this plugin, your website will work flaweless without fixing anything more.
