Single productpage padding

Hi! I would like to have some padding between the menu and the single product page. On this moment the content is overlapping.

I have already tried to change this problem in: theme options/ global / advanced but that didn't worked unfortunately.

I already solved this with modify "Height" value from "Betheme > Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header".
