My menu links are not working

So I have created a One Page Site over http://www.veloxclean.com, everything looks good but when I click over my menu, instead of sliding down, it keeps there fixed.

It happens as well on my Slider revolution. I have revised that the menu is right according to the terms I've used on the custom id space

I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

Please, update it, and check if the issue still appears.
