Social Menu Top | depth 1 does not populate

Hello, ever since we updated the theme to the latest version, our 'Social Menu Top' has disappeared. If I check the box for any other location (see screenshot) it will show up, but Social Menu top does not appear. I tried placing a different menu in this location and the same result occurs.

It is nowhere in the code if you inspect. It used to appear as #Action_bar before the main nav (which is #Top_bar). Previous code:

    Solved: We didn't have this checked before the update but checking it now allows this to work.
