Theme previously installed and new license purchase - won't update
Hi there, BeTheme was previously purchased and updated to Version 20.9.5.9 around a year ago.
A new license has been purchase but it won't update as it's not recognising the Evato Marketplace username and license / purchase code. However they are definitely correct.
I've deregistered it on the old code (from a previous designer).
Advice on how to update to this new version would be appreciate.

This is exactly where I'd been but it doesn't recognise my purchase code and Envato name combo - yet this was just purchased a couple of days ago fresh.
Therefore the request for help still stands as initially explained:
A new license has been purchase but it won't update as it's not recognising the Evato Marketplace username and license / purchase code. However they are definitely correct.
For info, this is the error essage:
"The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."
Please, deregister the license with that tool and register it again in dashboard.
After that, the issue should be gone.

Phil, it won't allow me to deregister because it won't allow me to log on as it's NOT recognising my Themeforest name and/or code. This is now the third time I've explained this. Please advise at the earliest.

Please, also try to deregister and register it directly in dashboard.
If the issue is still there, please, send us WordPress dashboard access, and license key privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

We deregistered it, and registered the new one :)
The old license key was claimed on other domain and it was not purchased by your envato account, so you cannot deregister it.
