Please, be sure that you are logged as administrator, and that you have the newest version of WP, Betheme, WPBakery and Elementor.

Also, please, turn off all of the plugins except these builders, and check if the issue still appears.

Remember that content created in one builder cannot be edited with other builder.

Also, we highly recommend to use only one builder per website.
