Can I use any template if I also want to add one product (via Woocommerce) to my website?

I'm building a 90% informational website, but I also want to sell one product on the website.

Can I for example choose/start from the https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/interior4/studio/ and still have a nice looking product and order page?

Or should I choose one of the webshop templates?

Of course, you can choose the demo you mentioned. You will have to create the shop functionalities and set the shop settings from scratch.
