Background | Image not included in Builder>>SEO

I wonder if you could help here please. When I use Builder>>SEO, I noticed that an image that I set up as Background | Image for the one of the sections is not included within the code within wp editor. Is there anything I can do?

unfortunately this image won't be inside content because it's css. Only html tags and content can be moved under Builder >> SEO option.
