WPBakery Page Builder doesn't save the page changes

Hi,

I've one Wordpress site developed with BeTheme and WPBakery Page Builder, I lost contact with the webdesigner.

In the last weeks I'm trying to update my page contents without success.

I searched about my issue and I noticed that my theme was on version 17.2 and Wordpress on version 5.6 and I should update the BeTheme, so I done it, I bought a new license and I update all files by FTP.

Many jQuery errors were fixed but I still can't update page contents, the pages were made with WPBakery Page Builder that is in the last version. I got a notice to ativate Elementor, I did that but with Elementor the page contents are sintaxe from WPBakery Page Builder.

I still searched for this issue and in WPBakery Page Builder page they recommend to install the plugin Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, I did that, it doesn't show jQuery issues but I still can't save page changes.

Please help because I just paid $59 for a new license of BeTheme to fix this issue because I can't contact my Webdesigner.

Please, disable all of the plugins except the WPB, and check if this issue still appears.

Hello,

The problem is no related to the BeTheme itself because even if we change it to "Twenty Twenty One" theme, the same error appear (you can check it in the console).

You should contact the WPBakery support in this case, we are not sure what can cause that problem, unfortunately.
