Downloadable files on page. How?

There's gonna be a page (on our site) containing annual reports and other downloads. That's how I want to see it.

Issue 1. I couldn't place the images_blue and green_next to the text. They appear only below the text (see next screenshot). Can I deal with this?

Issue 2. Those blue/green images are to provide links to downloadable docs (pdf and xls). Not just open on a new page but open AND download or open on a page with "download" sign. How?

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

Also, please, tell me what builder you use to create your website.

Please, try to put this image in HTML tag instead of shortcode.

Also, you can close this image in <a> tag that will provide to the download page.
