Unable to update BETHEME Due to Support License issue

I have renewed the support for BeTheme for 6 months. On Portal, its showing "Your support is valid until: July 12th, 2021".

But when I am trying to check license by entering the purchase code, its showing

"Support period date from provided license key is older than already existing one in database!"

Please check and do the needful
