How to put the address bubble into exact location in the map

This box is not for pointing to the direction on map. This is just box with information and nothing else.

the default map info bubbles don't seem to be above the map and are off to the right. i reset everything and it still does it? please advise.

nevermind. i found this in the map editor view, "Contact Box | Works only in Full Width"

sorry, i did not realize the map needed to be full width to use the bubbles (contact box).
