Submenu not accessible

I have a problem with the menu. The submenu appears so far down that it disappears again until I get there with the mouse. I would like to have the submenu vertically below the corresponding menu item. Is there also a way to make the background of the submenu transparent?

Hello,

1) To display your submenu vertically, please, go to Appearance -> Menus, and uncheck the Active Mega Menu option.

2) To make your submenu transparent, then you will have to create and use Custom CSS Code, and put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS. If you need help with it, please, let me know.
