anchor link doesnt work

I have put in section a custom id, ex: Periodoncia and then i have created this url:

https://dentistavitoria.com/tratamientos/#periodoncia

And it doesnt work, it doesnt take to the section periodoncia on page, why?

I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.
