Need Action Bar stick when scroll the page

The menu will stick when scroll, but the action bar will disappear, but I want the action bar to also stick with the menu.

The action bar does not have a stick option. so please let me know how to make the action bar keep stick with the menu.

If you would like to have sticky Action Bar, then you should use Header Builder plugin.

With that tool you will be able to customize your header however you want.
