How can I make it smaller so it won't interfere the title? Or even disable it?

This is not duplicated. This is how you created path for this page and it can`t be removed unfortunately. You need to create other path with parent pages/subpages.

This is how menu items are created under Appearance > Menus section. And your breadcrumbs are exactly the same as items are done in this section. If you don`t know how to do it, then please remove your breadcrumbs from those pages and that`s it because we don`t have any other solution for you. Sorry!

Update: Found the way, just to create Page for blog with Muffin add New Section and add item 'Blog' then assign that page in the theme option.
