  • Hello,

    I noticed that you do not have the newest version of Betheme.

    Please, update it, and check if the issue still appears.

    Thanks

  • Hi, I updated the theme but it still doesn't work. Can you please have another look

  • Are you sure that you have updated your Betheme?

    Because I am still seeing that you have version 21.9.4.

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the issue still appears.

    thanks

  • Hi,

    I updated the theme again bit the menu still doesn't seem to work.

    I would also like to change the stye of the icons (see screenshot attache) and remove the white frame and only color the icon itself without the circle around it. Is the a way to change the icon stye?

    I wpuld also like to remove the lines behind the counter. How can I do that?

    Thank

    s a lot for your help!

  • 1) Please, create your menu with anchor links again following these steps:

    1. Go to menus and create a new menu - http://prnt.sc/f2v9he

    2. Name the menu and add a custom link with the ID anchor you will use later(do not use spaces). Add to menu -http://prnt.sc/f2v9th

    3. When the menu item is added to the menu, save and go to Manage Locations -http://prnt.sc/f2vafb

    4. You go to your main page, you see the new link but when you click nothing happens? No worries, it is because the link has to know where to scroll, to do this edit the page. -http://prnt.sc/f2vc36

    5. Edit the section to which you want the button to scroll -http://prnt.sc/f2vcho

    6. In the field Custom ID type in the id from the button, in my case, it was id=work, no hashtag there -http://prnt.sc/f2vgaz

    7. Remember to have the one-page option selected under the muffinbuiler -http://prnt.sc/f2vcm7

    If you do not want to use a normal menu to link the user to sections, you need to add a 'scroll' class to the custom link element.

    2,3) Please, try to use the following Custom CSS Code.

    .icon_box .icon_wrapper{
     border: none!important;
    }
    .counter{
      background: none!important;
    }

    Thanks

  • Thank you!

    I will try the menu description you send me. Concerning the Icon Box I still have problems (Screenshot attached) I don't want to have a boarder at all. And I Don't want a hover effect at all as the icons are not supposed to be selected. Can you please have a look at it again.

    Thank you!

  • With that amount of changes to the icon item I recommend you to recreate it all with column item.

    With some simple HTML and CSS you will be able to create it as you describe.

    Thanks

  • Hello,

    I have a Problem with a section on my onepager. The sections are supposed to be pared next to each other which the were. I just changed the Icons (pictures) and now I don't seem to get them next to each other anymore. Can you please have a look why the error is happening.

    I would also like to change the design of my reference section and would like to remove the lines. Can you please tell me how I can do that? (See Screenshot attached)

    Thank you!

  • 1) Can you show how it looks in your builder, please?

    I tried to recreate it, and this is the result.

    2) Please, put the following Custom CSS Code in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, and check if that is what you wanted to achieve.

    .slick-slide .bq_wrapper blockquote{
       background: none!important;
    }

    Thanks

  • This is what it looks like in the builder. I seem to have the same problem in another section

  • I noticed that you have couple of HTML errors on your website (the bright red ones).

    Please, get rid of them by checking if all HTML tags are placed and closed properly.

    Thanks

    Thank you so much for your help!

  • I will contact you here, and I will do it now ?.

    I have deactivated all of your plugins, and after that, the anchor links work correctly. One of them causes this issue.

    Please, turn them off one by one, and check when it starts to work.

    Thanks

  • Thank you!!!

    It works now!
