Site down | mfn_is_elementor() error

Hello

We have a problem with a site with BeTheme, when we update the theme these errors appear

Fatal error: undetected error: call to undefined function mfn_is_elementor () in /home/site/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/theme-head.php:1361

And error in /home/site/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme-child/functions/builder/class-mfn-builder-front.php on line 48

I hide those codes for now to make the site visible without those errors, but we want to know why the theme has these errors with the mfn_is_elementor () function

Please, switch your theme from child to parent, try to update it then, and check if this issue still appears.

Switch to the parent theme and the error was not displayed, so effectively the error is only displayed when the child theme is active, why could that be?

Probably you made some changes in child theme files that cause this error.

You need to investigate what is causing this issue in your child theme.
